Following a production deployment, we identified an issue affecting Dialog GPT bots in the Enterprise SaaS production environment.

(3rd August 2026, 1:00 PM IST – 7:00 PM IST)

During this period, search-based responses may have failed for some users due to an issue with chunk shortlisting. Our Engineering team worked to restore normal service, and we are continuing to monitor the system to ensure stability.
